Product selection starts with range, stated accuracy, environmental exposure, approval region, and the certificate your quality system will accept. The catalog below is supplied by the product feed; each item opens a request so the final specification can include traceability and service terms.
The cards intentionally use only product name, image source, and image alt text. Application notes, accuracy class, approval region, and calibration interval are confirmed through the quote workflow before an instrument is released into a regulated process.
Start with the decision controlled by the measurement. A balance used for GMP dispensing, a checkweigher used for packaged-product release, a truck scale used for custody transfer, and a force gauge used for incoming quality all need different evidence even when the product family looks familiar. The useful request states the range, readability, expected accuracy class, sample or package behavior, cleaning method, and the consequence of an out-of-tolerance result.
For legal-for-trade or regional compliance, include the target market before asking for a model recommendation. NTEP, MID, OIML, CE, and local verification requirements do not mean the same thing, and a certificate suitable for internal process control may not satisfy a transaction or utility record. If hazardous-area installation is involved, include the exact zone and protection concept rather than a broad request for an explosion-safe instrument.
For calibration planning, include the certificate language your quality team expects. A statement such as ISO/IEC 17025 accredited and traceable to NIST or a national standard is materially different from a supplier conformance note. That distinction determines whether the quoted product needs laboratory calibration, on-site verification, user check weights, service seals, or a recurring recalibration agreement.
Send the intended use, maximum capacity, resolution, environment, and audit standard. The reply will identify the closest product family and the documentation package needed for release.
